Meet Kim Segal, The Corporate Yogi

About Kim Segal | The Corporate Yogi

For more than fifteen years, I worked in the fast-paced world of corporate technology. I supported teams, managed large-scale projects, and partnered with leaders and clients across multiple industries. Those years gave me structure, discipline, and a deep understanding of how business truly works. They taught me the power of collaboration, the importance of empathy in leadership, and how meaningful growth happens when people feel both seen and supported.

I am deeply grateful for my corporate career. It shaped the foundation of who I am today, sharpening my leadership, strategic thinking, and my ability to meet people where they are. At the same time, those experiences opened my eyes to something deeper. Within every deadline and performance review, I began to notice how many people longed for balance, clarity, and purpose. I met talented professionals who cared deeply about their work yet often felt disconnected from themselves or uncertain about how to create fulfillment in their lives. I saw that success and wellbeing were not opposites—they simply needed better tools to coexist.

My curiosity about people and what drives them had always been there. I graduated from Syracuse University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a minor in LGBT (at the time), Women’s and Gender Studies, and African American Studies. My studies centered on the human experience, how our stories, identities, and environments shape who we become. That foundation became the lens through which I understood both business and the soul.

In time, I felt called to explore the inner side of growth as deeply as I had explored the external. I traveled to India, where I studied at an ashram and earned my 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Ayurvedic Yoga. Later, I continued my studies at The Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, California, one of the top ten yoga schools in the world, completing over a year of advanced training in Vinyasa Yoga and receiving my 200-hour YTT certification. In 2025, I became a certified Life Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School, an internationally accredited program recognized by the Association for Coaching (AC).

These experiences became the foundation of The Corporate Yogi, my life’s work and offering to others who want to integrate achievement with authenticity.

Today, I combine mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and strategic coaching to help people bridge their outer success with inner fulfillment. My coaching style is both structured and soulful, blending the clarity of business strategy with the wisdom of spiritual practice. I guide my clients to reconnect with purpose, rebuild after change, and design lives and organizations that feel not only successful but meaningful.

In our work together, we focus on three pillars:

Clarity, Alignment, and Action.
We create practical systems that support growth while also nurturing the deeper truths that make that growth sustainable. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group programs, or corporate partnerships, my mission is simple: to help you remember who you are beneath the noise—a capable, purposeful, and whole being who already has everything needed to thrive.

All coaching sessions are confidential, compassionate, and tailored to your personal pace. You are supported every step of the way in a space that honors both your ambition and your wellbeing.

Because when your soul and your structure align, success stops being something you chase.
It becomes something you live.
